Wilmer Amina Carter papers
This collection documents the personal and professional life of Wilmer Amina Carter, former Assembly member representing the 62nd District in the California Assembly and retired Board member of the Rialto Unified School District. The collection primarily consists of vertical files (e.g., press clippings, computer printouts, fliers, newsletters, documents, and photographs) created and maintained by Carter documenting her life and involvement in the Inland Empire’s Black community.
